Flooded With Festivals

Yorkshire Soap has the Queen helping them clean up after the floods
The Book Case has embraced the theme

So, you’ve probably heard that Hebden Bridge got hit badly in the floods on Friday night.  The town’s community spirit has shone through the tough times and even though businesses have been hit hard, our sense of humour has remained intact.  The fabulous business owners of Hebden Bridge have put a smile on our faces by using their shop windows to full effect.

It’s the WI Rag Market this weekend at The Town Hall, Hebden Bridge and we’ve decided that all the money taken on our refreshment stand will go to the flood relief fund; so come and eat cake for our community.  There’s loads of other brilliant things going on in the town including the Handmade Parade, the Hebden Bridge Arts Festival and the Fringe Festival, so we recommend that you pay us a visit and enjoy the sights and sounds of our truly unique home.
